You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. One account is for one person or organisation — keep your details accurate and up to date.
Use AI404 for building, not for harm. Your workspace is isolated from other users, and you agree not to:
Each paid plan — Starter, Builder and Pro — comes with a set of limits shared across everything you build on AI404. These cover your AI usage, measured as tokens on a rolling 5-hour window as well as weekly and monthly totals, plus how much storage you get, and how many projects and live apps you can run at once. Higher tiers raise every limit; the exact figures for each plan are on the pricing page.
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel them. You can upgrade at any time — an upgrade takes effect immediately and you are charged the difference for the remainder of the period. You can cancel at any time from Settings: your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then simply stops renewing.
Payments are not refundable, including for unused periods and for tokens already consumed. The full detail, and the cases where we do always refund you, are set out in our cancellation & refund policy.
Fair-use limits apply to keep the service fast for everyone, and we may adjust plan limits as the product evolves. Prices for every plan are listed on the pricing page; if a price changes it applies from your next billing period, never retroactively.
What you create is yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and operate your projects across the ecosystem. We claim no ownership of your code, plans or apps.
AI404 is a digital service, provided online at ai404.site and in the desktop app. There is no physical product: nothing is shipped, there is no delivery charge and no delivery period.
Access to a paid plan is activated automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed — normally within seconds. Your plan, its limits and everything it unlocks are available immediately from your workspace. If a payment succeeds but your plan is not activated, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full.
Payment is taken by card through the secure page of our acquiring bank. We never see or store your card number, expiry date or CVV.
When you buy a plan, your contract is with the merchant operating AI404:
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages. We work hard for reliability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
