What we collect

To give you one account for AI404, we keep only what's necessary:

• Account details — your name, email and a securely hashed password.
• Usage metering — the token usage on your rolling 5-hour, weekly and monthly windows, plus how much storage, how many projects and how many live apps you're using, so we can show your limits and enforce your plan fairly.
• Technical basics — anonymous logs and device info to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

Your data powers your account and nothing more:

• To authenticate you across AI404.
• To display usage and enforce fair limits.
• To improve reliability, security and the product itself.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data — ever. We share it only with trusted infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, and only as far as required, under strict agreements.

Security

Passwords are hashed, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is tightly controlled. No system is perfect, but security is a first-class concern, not an afterthought.

Isolation

Your workspace is private to you. Each account runs in its own isolated environment, so your projects, files, terminals and live apps are yours alone — other users cannot see, read or reach them, and you cannot reach theirs. Your live apps are served only under your own address, and the code you run stays confined to your own space. This separation is enforced by the platform, not left to convention.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your account data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account is final and applies everywhere: it immediately revokes your access to AI404 and removes your projects, files and live apps across the ecosystem, not just your login here.
