1General

These terms govern the use of AI404 (ai404.site and the desktop app). By creating an account you agree to them.

If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the service.

2Account and age

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account. One account is for one person or organisation; keep your details up to date.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service and buy a plan.

3Acceptable use

Use AI404 to create, not to harm. You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• send spam or distribute malicious code;
• overload the service or try to disrupt it;
• try to escape your workspace or access other users’ data or the underlying infrastructure;
• resell the service without permission.

4Plans and billing

The paid plans — Starter, Builder, Pro and Studio — differ in their limits: tokens per 5 hours, week and month, storage, and the number of projects and live apps. The exact figures are on the pricing page.

A plan renews automatically until you cancel it. An upgrade applies at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the period; a downgrade or cancellation applies from the end of the paid period.

Payments are not refunded, except in the cases in the cancellation and refund policy. If a price changes, the new price applies from the next billing period and never retroactively.

5Your content and code

What you create in AI404 — projects, files, code, texts — belongs to you. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and run your projects. You can export a project at any time.

6Publishing projects

You are responsible for the content of the sites, apps and bots you publish. A project that breaks these terms or the law may be unpublished.

AI output can contain mistakes — check it before you publish.

7How the service is delivered

AI404 is a digital service: nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery fees or delivery times. Your plan is activated automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed. If a payment went through but the plan did not activate, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

Payment is by card on the acquiring bank’s secure page. Card details never reach our servers.

9Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, although we work hard on reliability.

10Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves and will tell you about material changes. Questions: hello@ai404.site.
