Billing questions
What happens when I hit a limit?
You get a heads-up first. Once a limit is reached, new work pauses until it resets: limits are counted per 5 hours, per week and per month.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, any time. An upgrade applies at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the period; a downgrade starts with the next billing period.
Are payments refunded?
Payments already made are not refunded, except in the cases in the cancellation and refund policy: double or wrong charges, unauthorised payments, a service failure.
