2What data we process

• Name and e-mail address.
• Sign-in data: a hashed password or your Google account ID.
• Usage: tokens, storage, projects and apps.
• Project content in your isolated workspace, including the text of Fork’s turns.
• Payment records: amount, date, status and transaction number.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser details, server logs.

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page and never reach our servers.

3Purposes and legal grounds

• Your account and the service — performance of the contract.
• Taking payment and bookkeeping — the contract and the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
• Plan limits and abuse prevention — our legitimate interest.
• Security and incident investigation — our legitimate interest.
• Service messages and answers to your requests — the contract or your consent.

4Consent

Where processing is based on consent, you give it by a clear action — for example, by creating an account. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or writing to info@tech404.am. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it or records we must keep by law.

5Retention

• Account and project data — for as long as the account exists; deleting the account deletes them permanently.
• Payment records — for the period required by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
• Technical logs — for a limited time, then deleted.

6Third parties and cross-border transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed: with the acquiring bank and payment systems, hosting and e-mail providers, the AI model provider, and public authorities where the law requires it.

Some providers operate outside the Republic of Armenia; transferred data is protected by appropriate safeguards.

7Users in Russia

If you are in Russia, by registering with AI404 you consent to Tech 404 LLC processing the personal data listed in this policy for the purposes above — including its cross-border transfer to the Republic of Armenia and to the providers named above.

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent by writing to info@tech404.am.

8Your rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Personal Data Protection you can find out whether your data is processed, get a copy, ask for correction or deletion, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You can also delete your data yourself by deleting your account. We reply within the legal time limits, free of charge.

9Security

Passwords are hashed, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every account runs in an isolated environment, and access to production systems is restricted and logged.

10Complaints

If you believe we processed your data unlawfully, please write to info@tech404.am first and we will investigate. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
